Hi- I went to bed one night with 85%. Woke up to red 0%. Versa 3 won't turn on or charge. Cleaned connections with q-tip and rubbing alcohol, purchased new charger. No success. Any help or tips greatly appreciated.

Hi @SarahC9 Have you tried  Restarting  your Versa 3 a couple of times.  If you continue to have problems your only option will be to contact Fitbit Support
