I've been having this problem for a hot minute now; I hit 10,000 steps and my Fitbit will do the vibrating, congratulations-thing, but the screen and all functions of the watch will freeze for about 15 seconds and then go back to normal. This has been going on for a few months now.
However, a couple of days ago I hit 10,000 steps, did that vibrating, froze, but the watch stopped working entirely, it took about 5 minutes of fiddling with the watch to somehow trigger it it have a hard reset and turn on. Today though, I again hit 10,000 steps and the device did its freezing/vibrating and turned off completely and no matter how much i fidget/press the button down for, it won't turn back on. The charging cable won't trigger it in any way and the watch still had 25% battery life left shortly before this happened, and the cable worked absolutely fine leading up to this.
Has anybody else had this problem? how do you fix it?? I just started really getting into using this watch and don't want to cast it aside. I've had the watch for less than a year too.
Thanks

Hi there, @FlippingChimp. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the odd behavior with your Luxe. I understand how you must be feeling. Thanks for taking the time to try troubleshooting your Fitbit device before posting here. I'll be glad to continue helping you.
As per the description of your post, it seems like your Luxe might have gone flat with the battery even if you saw it being at 25%.
Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 3 once again. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
If the above steps bring back to life your Versa 3, please keep an eye on your device's behavior and let me know if it keeps getting odd when reaching your 10K step goal.
Hope this helps!
