Versa 3 won't turn on or charge

So my versa 3 just stopped working on me. I tried all troubleshooting and nothing worked, it just showed 0% battery logo and I charged it for like 1 hour and I feel it’s vibrating but the screen is black. Please help me

Hello, I had the same problem with my mum's watch. It died one day and we couldn't charge it because battery was 0%, and did not increase. I was just talking to my dad again today after about 3 months of giving up on the watch and he mentioned reading somewhere about someone using a hairdryer on the back of the watch. So I tried to force it to hard reset which is once i plug the charger in, and I see the 0% sign come on , I hold the sides for at least 10 secs until I feel a vibrate and let go. U have to do this a few times. Then it went into a screen that had a thermometer and and triangle. It was blue in color and I remembered hat someone else has posted something similar but their icon was in orange. So I figured maybe it means it's too cold? Anyway, I took the watch out (it went black again) then i went to take a hair dryer and blasted it on high for a few seconds like almost 10 secs until I could feel it was a bit warm to the touch, then I went to put it in the charger again, and held the sides for 10 secs, to start it up. And lo and behold, i saw the Fitbit icon! Then I left it and didn't fiddle with it anymore and let it start up. Then a screen came up and it said that it needs to be synced. I found my mum's phone and tried to sync it. It did not detect it at first but eventually I could add it again , however I couldn't go to the next stage because it couldn't connect to the wifi because battery still shows 0%. On the watch screen and the phone alert in Fitbit page is that the battery is too low and to try again later. Anyway, I'm leaving it overnight, but that's what finally worked for me after 3 months of giving up. I wasn't able to charge it cause the battery died and couldn't charge no matter how long I charged it and so I couldn't get it to start up. At least it's now started up so I hope by tmr it will finally be charged (fingers crossed). Hope my method helps you get it up and going .

Ich bin auch total genervt von dieser Uhr, weil sie manchmal stehen blieb und nach ca. 10 Minuten endlich wieder die richtige Zeit anzeigte. Außerdem bin ich sehr sportlich und oft mit Wandergruppen unterwegs. Beim Vergleichen der KM mit anderen stellte ich fest, dass meine Uhr immer viel mehr KM anzeigte, als es tatsächlich waren. Vom Kundenservice wurde mir versichert, dass ich meine defekte Uhr zurücksenden darf und per E-Mail ein Rücksendungsetikett am selben Tag erhalten würde. Leider erhielt ich das bis heute nicht.
