Versa 3 won't turn on

I have woken up not long ago and my fit bit versa 3 watch screen is gone I think it is dark and will not turn on

Hi @Daunte  - there can be 2 issues.

If it is still in Sleep mode it will be dimmed, Swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and disable sleep mode.

If  the display is completely blank the battery is flat and it needs charging.

Hi there, @Daunte. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

No this has not worked I keep getting nothing up on the screen but it
vibrates so I know it is on and working but the screen is not working

@Daunte-  try contacting support via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may be able to help you restore it to working.

If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
