Hi there, @willmagris. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. @Rich_Laue Thanks for your help!

As a first approach, please try restarting your Versa 3. For instruction, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart doesn't work and you haven't felt a vibration on your watch during this process, confirm that you've tried the following steps:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If none of the above has done the trick, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

We hope your issue is solved soon.

Sorry @willmagris Portuguese is not a supported language.

Your Versa 3 should not be able to make outgoing calls, but can be setup to receive calls

How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?

For me Google translated it as something to do with phone calls.
