My versa 3 will not turn on. No lights on the back. Button does nothing. Fitbit is fully charged

Hi there, @Bgfut. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.
Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Bgfut - how do you know it's fully charged if it won't turn on? Are you looking in the Fitbit App, if so check when it last synced to have that battery level showing.
If it is syncing currently then there may be a watch fault.
If it is a past sync, the battery may need charging and although it's on the charge cable it's not actually charging.
