My Versa 3 won't turn on. When charged, the screen stays black but it emits a short soft vibration like a pulse which does not stop until it is out of battery. When I press the side button, I feel a short vibration but the pulse continues. I've tried holding the button for 10 seconds and also 20 seconds and nothing happens. Please help!

If none of the suggested above seems to work, I recommend to perform a factory reset by following these steps:
