My brand new Fitbit that I got yesterday has turned off this evening and won’t turn back on at all? I have tried holding down the side button/touch to restart it and I’ve also plugged it into the charger to see if this would work and still no joy. There’s no vibration or nothing even when plugged into the charger. I know the battery isn’t dead as last time I synced it a few hours ago it was only approx. 75%. Not very impressed considering I’ve not even had it 24 hours. Can anyone help?

Hi there, @Emmie06. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
If your Versa 3 does not vibrate when connected to the charger, the battery is probably dead even though you verified that the Fitbit app shows your Fitbit device with 75% battery level. Note that the battery level on the Fitbit app updates every time you sync. That means that if your Versa 3 hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last time sync.
The battery might have drain as you were updating your new Versa 3. With that being said, I suggest charging your Fitbit device for 2 hours. If your Versa 3 is still unresponsive after this period of time, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
