Versa 3 won't turn on

Hello. The wife's Versa watch, gold color, powered OFF and will not power ON since Sat Dec 18th. It was purchased Aug 15th 2021. Is there a method to resetting it?

Hi @Jonathank1978  - it may be simply a matter of charging it. Sometimes they don't charge well or at all, see here how to deal with it. How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Of course it may be something else, so post back if it's not fixing it.

If your Versa 3 display is unresponsive, try restarting it by doing the following: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

All of those steps, failed. The disoplay occasionally goes on with 0% battery. The charger for my Fitbit Sense works perfect, just not for hers.

@Jonathank1978- it show signs of a failed factory reset for which there is nothing to be done. It will show 0% when the battery is flat and nothing if there is a charge on it. You can verify this by charging using a PC and listen to the connect / disconnect sounds which will probably be repetitive.

If that is not the case post back again.
