I'm having an issue with my versa 3. I got it a month ago and I wore it but but for the past 2 weeks I didn't wear it and now I can't turn it on. I'm stuck on a black screen. I tried to charge it and to press and hold the side button but nothing happened...
I don't know what to do 😩

If your Versa 3 display is unresponsive, try restarting it by doing the following: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
