Hello! I needed to shut my Versa 3 down, as I've been overseas - and coming home, the time wouldn't reset. I can now no longer turn it on. It's fully charged, and I've held the side button for over a minute at a time. Is there anything I'm missing?

Hi @SunsetRunner - at a guess it is not charged at all - check the cleaning and charging instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

It was at 98% when I shut it down. I would suggest this is as close to fully charged as I could get it.

@SunsetRunner- placing on a working charger should also wake it.
Pressing the button is a squeeze between finger and thumb, you can't use a finger nail, just in case you are not used to using the button.

Putting it on the charger worked - thank you! NOW I still have the problem of the watch being stuck on the other time zone - even though my phone adjusted automatically. No idea how to fix the time settings but a 2am wakeup call wasn't my favourite thing this morning.

@SunsetRunner - in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and App settings, toggle Off & On Automatic time zone and sync the watch a few times, you may need to restart it to get it to sync the time.
You may in extreme cases have to logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone.
