Hi @lammoth19 - unfortunately it would seem water got in and the watch has internal damage.

The seals on some watches are not robust and deteriorate over time.

If you buy another stick with the same model which has features later models don't have.

Hello!
Thanks for answering. Do you mean that my watch is not going to work again?
Is there any where to fix it?

Best regards

Hi there, @lammoth19. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. @Guy_ Thanks for your advice!

If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.

If you've done the above but to no avail, please try restarting your Versa 3. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart doesn't work either and your watch hasn't vibrated for the restart process, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again.

Yes, I have tried all of these things. I checked the date I bought this Versa 3 and it was in May of 2022. I first visited with customer service in early June. Now it is outside the one year warranty. This is my second Fitbit and probably my last. The first one lasted for almost 2 years. I love the features it provides but I want a more reliable product. Looking at the long wait times and community forums, it doesn’t look like people will keep buying these short lived products.
