Last weekend I noticed my versa 3 stop working. tried charging in 10 minutes it became hot. I had reached my hand into a kiddo pool of water when working j. the yard. It was just a second and it's been drying for a week but it still won't power on. Please help, I've only had the Versa 3 for a year and a half.

Mine stopped working randomly on Monday last week too - no warning and no reason for it. Didn't stick it in a pool though, but it just bricked up. It turns on if the charging cable's attached, but it just keeps cycling and never starts up.

Same problem here but it started after a shower, went off and never went on again. I tried to get help from the chat they suggested to clean the phone with I did and than told me that I should get an email regarding my warranty 😒😒I have the watch almost 2 yeas so.. Quite annoying

Mine started with this problem and then the screen stopped working and then the entire thing stopped. It took me three weeks of trying to contact a person at Fitbit only to find out that nothing can be done. They offered me a 35% discount on a new watch and that’s it. I had mine for 18 months and now I need to pay a few hundred more for another one??? No thank you! I’ll never own another again! Fitbit sucks! What a scam!

I'm still waiting for my replacement Versa 3 to arrive.
I've contacted support multiple times, and each time they've assured me and pretty much guaranteed that stock will be arriving on the expected date shown. Looks more like they bump the stock arrival date by 2 weeks every 2 weeks (4 days before it's supposed to arrive).
I've also seen on the forum chatter about the product being discontinued. I wonder if it really is just never going to come.
