My Versa 3 is just a black screen. I cannot re-install it via the app. I un-installed it from my Samsung galaxy 20+5 and now it won't re-install. I cannot find any helpfully tips on how to re-install it in layman's terms. PKEASE HELP!

Hi @gwen76054 if you're under warranty, get with customer service. You must be able to read the screen in order to set it up.
