Versa 3 won't turn on

My versa 3 will only turn on for short while. It's fully charged and the screen is black. I have tried rebooting several times.

Hi there, @uktracyd. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 3 screen is still blank after the restart you've performed. I'll be glad to continue assisting you. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
