The fitbit versa 3 won't start, nothing on display, doesn't restart after long press. There is no haptic response, neither it shows up in fitbit scanning.
I am trying to figure our the possible reasons and what can be replaced to make it work?
1. Batter
2. Screen : would a faulty screen cause such a behavior?
Any other reasons?
Regards
Manish

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Manishkp. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 won't start and it's not restarting after long press. I'll be happy to assist.
Please make sure that your device is charged and try setting it up as a replacement device:

Thanks Andrea, it's got plenty of charge. For repairing, in search this device doesn't show up. It doesn't boot up.
Would we see this issue if battery is dead?

Hi @Manishkp - if the watch is not syncing, because the battery needs charging, the battery level in the app may not reflect the actual battery level on the watch. You can see when it last synced and if this quite old it may simply be a charging problem.
In which case see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
