Hi there, @Kathi_O_. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and for the details provided about the issue with your Versa 3.
As @Julia_G has mentioned, your Fitbit Versa 3 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 3 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?

Hi, @Kathi_O_ , this does sometimes happen when changing time zones. If your time zone does not update automatically, please go to your app, and click on the small picture/ person icon top left, to take you to the account screen. Scroll down to “app settings” and toggle “automatic time zone” to off, and then choose “select time zone” then sync your Fitbit.
If that still does not force a return to the correct time zone, please repeat these instructions, but this time select any WRONG time zone and sync again. Next return to app settings and select the CORRECT time zone and sync again. This should force a change. After that you can return to automatic time zone setting.
Hopefully this will solve your issue. Please post again if you need further information. There is always someone here to help!

I had a problem with my Versa 3 adjusting to time zone changes this weekend - the first time this has happened since I got it. I was finally able to get the Versa 3 to sync the time zone by closing all apps on my Samsung Galaxy 21 phone, then restarting the phone, and then doing a sync in the Fitbit app. I'm not sure if this is a problem with Android or the Samsung Galaxy 21, but I recommend this step for those who are having persistent problems with time zone syncing.
