Versa 3 won't update the time after traveling

I went on a trip and it changed time zones fine but won't change back to my time zone now that I'm home. Its synced but still not changing the time.

Hi there, @caraboo77. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 3 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If the time on your Versa 3 is still incorrect after syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a complete different one, sync your watch, put the correct time and sync again. To change the time make sure you are following the instructions provided in the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Hi @caraboo77  - in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, App settings

 

  • disable automatic time zone and location
  • manually select the correct one
  • and sync.

You should be able to re-enable automatic time zone again afterwards in case you travel again.
