Versa 3 won't update the time

My Versa 3 is not syncing the date.  When I reset on the date on settings, it still shows an incorrect date.  Thanks for any help.  This is my first time on here.

Hi there, @Sunshiniest. Welcome to the Community Forums.

As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, your Versa 3 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi @Sunshiniest and welcome to the forums. The date and time comes from the device you use to sync with, so be sure the auto time zone is set for your app and phone. Sync a few times and see if it doesn't correct itself.
