Hi @Fishmoose  - did you sync the watch with the Fitbit App since changing the step goal?

Also check that the watch is not in do not disturb or sleep mode as it may not notify you. Swipe watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings to check.

Lastly set vibration to strong in the watch settings and keep your watch charged, as vibrations are very weak and get weaker as the battery levels falls and you may not notice if it does alert you.

I have tried all suggestions mentioned  in the forum and provided by Fitbit customer support, but I am still not being notified when I reach 7500 steps. All other notifications work. Thanks to all who tried to help.

@Fishmoose Did you double check that the step goal is set for 7,500 and not 10,000?

@Fishmoose Another thing you can try is set your step goal lower, like 5,000 for one day. See if it vibrates at 5,000 for that day. Then adjust it back to 7,500 the next day and see if it will vibrate for you.
