Hi @Linda.kessinger.
Have you checked to see if do not disturb mode or night time mode is turned on. You can do this by swiping to the left of the clock face to bring up the quick settings screen. Make sure that the DND and Moon icons are not highlighted.

Hi there, @Linda.kessinger. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.
Is your Versa 3 not vibrating at all? I was wondering if your Versa 3 does vibrate with your silent alarms? Your watch vibrates to alert you at various times, including if you set an alarm, when you hit your step goal, or if you haven’t met your hourly activity goal. Have you see if the vibration is also missing for these features?
If your Versa 3 didn't alert you, make sure you successfully set an alarm. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
If you correctly set the alarm or aren’t receiving other alerts, test your device’s vibration motor. Connect the device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
Also, as @N8teGee has mentioned, note that when you turn on the Do Not Disturb, Quiet hours, or Driving mode setting on your phone your watch receives notifications, but it won’t alert you. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Both are in correct positron but still won't vibrate - especially for alarm mode.
I have checked the settings and have it on the strong mode for vibration. I just get the zzzzz but no vibration.

Hi @Nannyjoan - you can thoroughly test the watch vibration, it has 8 types, using the SimpleVibrate app.
Some of them are very weak even on the strong setting which you can choose from the watch Settings menu.
It could also be the watch has a fault.
But first try a sync and do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it and check vibration again.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support Contact Customer support.

None of these hints worked.
What else can I try?

@Nannyjoan If your Versa 3 battery level is low, it won’t vibrate. It also will not vibrate in Do not disturb (DND) or sleep mode, or focus mode. Also check on your phone that share system notifications is on, and you don’t have DND on.
