Hi @Lovebug1951 this link is for the Versa 3 documentation and video area - click to go there. You'll find articles with step by step on how to set up and sync. Depending on where and when you purchased your device, returns vary. From Fitbit.com, you have 45 days from the day of sale. Some retailers are 14 days and Costco is more generous. Might be worth it to try and get it going so you can use it.

HI @Lovebug1951 - just in case you return the watch for nothing - check that it is actually charging when on the cable - see the issues in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
