My versa 3 won't connect or pair to my phone,had it about 3 weeks now and can't seem to pair it up yet it will sync my data but everytime I try and pair to my phone its telling me I need the app yet I have the app on my phone and on the fitbit it's not finding my phone at all. Has anybody had the same problem and how did you fix it?

Hi @Jodie1987 - it's not necessary to pair the watch in your phone's Bluetooth - the Fitbit App takes care of pairing and if it syncs the data then it is pairing fine and it's working as intended.
You can see this happening if you logout of the Fitbit App and login again. Then head to the phone 'shome screen without closing the Fitbit App. A sync popup will appear. Click on it and you will see the App do a pair and link.
To resolve the issue with the find the phone, first try restarting the watch and the phone.

Why wont my calls or texts come through on the fitbit then,that's why I tried to pair it to see if it works iv tried everything and can't get them to come through now

Hi @Jodie1987 - to get a good help from the forum it would help to know type of phone, Fitbit app version and watch firmware version.
It should be noted that if you reinstalled the Fitbit App during your tests, it is necessary to redo the Notifications and App Notifications setup.
