For some reason, the last couple of months I can't keep my versa 3 connected to bluetooth. I'm no longer receiving text or email notifications on my device. My husband I both bought ours at the same time, his is working but mine is not. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned off my phone, turned bluetooth off and back on, nothing seems to help. It's syncing fine, just not connecting with bluetooth. I've put it in pairing mode and if the versa 3 name is visible in the bluetooth setting, when I tap on it, it says I need an app to connect. Any advice??

Hi @JRW2016 - you can't pair Bluetooth in the Watch settings, this is done by the Fitbit App. Some simple steps to try.
Logout of the App and Clear the storage cache and force stop it if you can [or swipe off].
Restart the watch and phone
Login again and immediately go to the phone home screen. A sync popup should appear, click on it and wait for the pair and link prompts. This will ensure your Bluetooth is working.

Thank you for your help. I've been able to get the versa controls in my bluetooth. Now I'll wait and see if a text message and/or phone call notification show up on my versa 3.
