Versa 3 wont load past 6% and keeps shutting of if removed from charger

My fitbit has worked great up until yesterday, when it shut if from low battery and now it will not charge more than 6% and if I remove it from the charger it shuts of. 

I have not had a problem with my versa 3 before, and any advice or help would be great!!

 

I have cleaned the back of it and checked the charger and I can't find anything wrong.
