My versa 3 is syncing fine when I pull up the app but when I try to use the watch to answer the phone or turn on pandora or use any of the apps it says to connect to phone?!? Please help I got this one so I could read text while at work and use the music app!

Hi @Kelly103 - have you tried checking the phone battery savings settings to make sure that the Fitbit App or any associated services are not being shutdown by the phone.
You can use the SimpleCheckUp app (connection test) on the watch to verify if it can connect any time you want.
