Versa 3 wristband won't stay attached

After 5 years with the Blaze, the battery would only hold a charge for a day.  I received a Versa 3 as a gift and was excited until I opened the box.  Replacing the band is easy enough, however, it wouldn't lock in place.  Couldn't get it to actually stay on my wrist.  Poor design and not worth the money.  Piece of crap and getting returned.  Back to the drawing board on what to replace my Blaze with.

I wouldn’t want to argue with you on the design of the Versa 3, but still I’d say that I have been impressed with the overall design and comfort of mine. I actually think the band-changing feature of this watch is the cleverest I’ve seen on a smart watch. I can’t imagine how, after properly fastening the band, it would be any challenge at all to secure the watch to the wrist, as everything locks nicely in place and the end of the band even tucks discretely away to decrease annoyances and improve the user experience.

Haven't had any issues with the band.

The band is cheap and dont trust that it will remain in place.  A rubber nub is all that is holding it in place.  For the money should have something more substantial.  Almost begs you to purchase multiple bands to have with you

What ever they did, I find the band impossible to remove without pressing the release button.

In general we find the third party bands cheap compared to fitbit's.

I have to agree with the Person above.  I went from a Samsung frontier to the fitbit Versa 3.  I have tried 4 different bands and none of them will stay on.  The band with the clasp on it will not stay on the watch.  I push it in and as soon as I try putting it on, it falls off.  The original band stays on but not a new one.  At this point I wish I could send it back in for a refund.
