Versa 4 is not syncing properly to Strava

Hi Everyone,

I've been experiencing consistent issues with inaccurate data syncing between Fitbit and Strava lately. For instance, my bike ride to work today was recorded as 9.53 km in 39 minutes on Fitbit, but only 1.26 km in 5 minutes and 45 seconds on Strava after syncing.

Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve or prevent this problem? It's frustrating that I can't correct the data on Strava.
