As title suggest, I've noticed I can rack up active mins a lot easier than what I was doing this time next year.
I'm just as active as last year (possibly more) My average RHR for 2022 was 60, so far in 2023 it's 62.
Getting ready this morning at normal pace, going downstairs for fresh clothes and back up again I'd done 5 active mins. Not noticed this before.
Is this a sign that my fitness needs to be improved? A change in Fitbit? Or something potentially nasty?
