Versa Active minutes not being tracked

As of the 2nd of this month, my Active Minutes have not been reaching. I'm in a few bingo challenges and cannot complete them due to this issue. And before you give me an automated, generic response, YEEEEESSSSSS I already reset the watch, deleted AND redownload the app. Checked for updates, and still nothing. Also, it's showing that I'm not taking my daily steps on the app or tracking my sleep, but I wear my watch all the time, but still nothing. This needs to be fixed.

Many of us in the same boat after the update. Many of us will be moving on from Fitbit.
