Versa Alarms

I have an alarm set for 9:50 PM everyday but sometimes it will go off at 10:00 PM, 10 minutes past the set alarm. I have a Fitbit Versa and am curious if any other Versa/Fitbit users have had this problem or know of a solution?

Hello @KellyB14.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

The Fitbit alarms have a 9 minute snooze built in.  Might it be that some days you just don't notice the alarm at 9:50 but then do notice the first snooze?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I thought I was accidentally hitting the snooze button so one day I looked in my alarms to see if it said it was snoozed and it wasn't. Even when I am sitting still at a desk not moving, like tonight, it didnt go off until 10 minutes past the alarm time.
