I've enjoyed my Versa these past few months and liked how it showed sleep tracking to see how well I am sleeping, but recently the watch face is not lighting up. I have tried resetting the device; left button and bottom right, hold for 10 seconds, but the fitbit logo does not show up. It still tracks my steps and heart rate as shown in the app. It was able to charge from medium battery to full battery as I checked the app. Is there anyway I can get my Versa to turn back on and show me the time, I liked being able to look at my wrist to see who was calling or texting me without pulling out my phone.
Thank you,
Mark

Reset the screen:
Settings > Versa > Clock Faces

I tried a few clock faces, but my Versa is not displaying anything. I get the vibrations that it is doing stuff, but no lights. I even went back and tried the default clock face with no avail.
Is there anything else I can try?
