Hi, the black silicone bands that came in the box with my fotbit versa don't fit on the device for some reason?? Anyone experiencing the same thing??

Had the same problem with the silicone bands. They are very hard to squeeze into the slot. After several attempts I warmed up the silicone under very hot water first (makes it a little more pliable). Then you have to hold the band against the watch at a 90 degree angle. Fit the side without the latch into the hole and then pull down the latch and squeeze in the other side, pushing hard into the slot. Took a couple tries but it finally worked. A lot of work to go through but I finally got it. Good luck.
