Recently noticed my battery was quickly draining. About the same time, also noticed the the heart rate monitor is no longer working. Feature is turned on but lights not working on the back of watch. Saw I had an update to apply and thought maybe that would help. Nope. I have tried various troubleshooting steps found online since, short of factory reset but nothing is working. As for the Battery, I don't usually have bluetooth turned on with my phone so I don't think it's from constant syncing. Versa is less than 2 years ago. Suggestions greatly appreciated!

I have to charge mine daily now. 100% drops down to 10-20% by bedtime.

You said "short of a factory reset". Sounds like it's time to give it a shot?

I have done everything under the sun to try and get it to work. I turned the heart rate app off and turned the watch off and on. Set the HR on again. Little red light on the inside just stays red. I did a full reset, my battery keeps dying so quickly. Also my calories say I only burned like 1200cal for the whole day even though I accomplished 11k steps.
