Versa Battery drainage & heart rate is CRAZY

My Versa battery has been draining to 0% is less than a day(I even turned off heart rate which had been wildly inaccurate on the upside - I had 344 hours of exercise yesterday). I normally would get 4-5 days of battery with the heart rate monitor on. I have restarted it multiple times. I haven't done the factory reset as I don't want to lose all my info!!!  HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

check out the other threads around the firmware update and Versa not syncing - you will see MANY users reporting the same issues (me included - my new device arrived last Thursday). Last week, when I went to sync, it erased thousands of my daily steps and left me with like 180 at the end of the day.

Thanks so much ~ I will check it out. It’s very disappointing ~ I charged last night & I’m now at below 20%. I’m sitting at my desk & it says my heart rate is 148. My resting rate is 62.
