Versa Battery failing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

The last 2/3 weeks, the battery have been needing to be recharged every 2 days when all the features are disabled.

This is the second time it happens to a FitBit Versa and I question the fact that the battery has a life span of a year and some...

I tried all the tricks : cleaning the charging dock and the sensors, restarting the watch... I don't know what to do especially knowing that summer is coming and I would like to not be glued to the charger...

Any possibility to help ?

Hello,
I have been offered tips but nothing worked. The only solution was to be
given a discount to buy a new product. I got an Inspire 2 hoping its
battery won't start acting up in 1 year or so...
Have a nice day.

Thank you for your input. The first time this happened, they recognized the problem and sent me a new one but now. I told them time and time again that the one they sent me is acting like the warraty does not work for the exchanged items...

As MelanieJohnson mentioned, it is likely a software issue with many others experiencing battery issues.  Have you tried resetting your watch to factory default and updating you phone app?  I did it last week to fix the battery issues on my versa 2 that started suddenly.
