I would say that for 11 months, I was getting an easy 4 1/2 to 5 days on the battery. Around 11 months, started to have problems and battery seem to only last 2 days. Did all of the standard battery check items (lots of threads in this community). After contacting support, a reset got me somewhat working again. But it seems to be more along the 3 ish days (mostly 3 days, sometimes 2 1/2 days). I dealt with it but not happy. Sadly contacted them a month after warranty expired, and they said 'tough luck' you are out of warranty but here is a measly 20% discount to buy another $200 watch that won't last more than a year. I do enjoy the fitbit but didn't factor in a $200/year replenishment into my personal budget. Ughhh.

I'm having the same issue, after almost 1 year of good work. The battery is now having issues and the charge doesn't last for 24 hrs.
Not sure what to do in this situation.

Makes 3 of us. Mine started failing two days ago. Up until then 4-5 days. Now less than a day. 7 hours today, already down to 41%. Not happy.

Now 9 hours and down to 12%. Nothing about my routine or usage has changed. Like the first two posters, right at one year in. 😞

If only someone from FitBit would really monitor these forums about the crappy battery life and provide a healthy discount or full replacement instead of lame turn off everything ... This device should not barely last a year.

My Versa doesn't charge anymore. I called customer service and was lucky, I had still one month warranty and was able to get a replacement.
But I'm still upset that after 1 year and given the paid price, the watch should last for longer than 1 year.
