I have been a member of the Fitbit community for several years. The Versa was my second purchase about two years ago. Recently I've noticed that my watch will go dead right in the middle of my two-hour bike ride. This is after my watch has been on charge for over two hours. I've searched this community as well as did a google search on the subject and what I'm getting is not very helpful. "Turn off this, Turn off that, make sure this isn't connected, don't use this and don't use that." If I did all that why would I even purchase this watch? I'd be better off purchasing another product that worked. I'm currently waiting on a response from Fitbit and if I don't get satisfaction I'll go with something else.
