My versa does not turn on. I have tried to reset (two button) and hard reset (three button) the device many times. It’s been sitting in the charger for a long time. I know that it is at least charged because when I try to reset or hard reset, sometimes it turns the backlight on - it is still a black screen. Please help! I would hope that an item such as this would not stop working in such a short time of owning it.

Mine did the same thing. Was working fine. Battery died. I charged it and now it won't turn back on. Bought it 1 year and 4 months ago. Fitbit said it is WAY out of warranty but will give you 25% off a new one. Why would I buy a new one? This one lasted a little over a year. No thanks.
