Hello.
ive been very lazy with trying to fix this but I’m here trying now. Timeline of events:
- swimming in Spain in September. Fully charged watch turns black
- fully charged it over and over and over again. No life has ever returned to it.
- synced it to my phone today. It says it’s 100% battery but also says there’s no Bluetooth connection.
- tried pressing all 3 buttons for 10 seconds. Nothing.
- tried for 3 minutes. Nothing.
there is no life in it at all.
what can I do please?!

now just had an email to say the battery is very low?!?

fitbit app says Versa now fully charged but still black screen.
