Versa Bluetooth connection drops when other Bluetooth devices in use

Hi,

I have a Versa and Samsung S20.  When I take a phone call using BT headphones or I'm driving and my phone is connected by BT with my car, my versa loses connection and I have to restart my phone or my watch or both.  I have already enabled all day sync, so that's not the issue.

Hi there @Jenb123, thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the Bluetooth connectivity issues on your Versa and for enabling All-Day sync to improve the connection.

Please note that if you have multiple Bluetooth products like speakers or headsets paired to your phone along with your Fitbit device, you may have trouble using more than one at the same time. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.

Also, if you use more than one phone or tablet to sync, make sure the other device isn't nearby. If the device is nearby, turn off Bluetooth on it.

You can find more information and troubleshooting steps, here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
