Yet another issue with the versa. I bought my first one in June 2019 and in August 2019 it randomly turned off and wouldn't turn on again. After problem solving with customer support, they deemed it to be a battery issue and sent a new one. Fine. I have been using the replacement ever since normally - only air and sweat from working out contact it (no water). This morning it began burning my wrist in the spot right beneath the green light. I immediately took it off and noticed the green light shining extremely bright and didn't flicker like normal, then it turned off and won't come back on. Perhaps it short circuited? Not so sure I want a replacement versa again if this keeps happening... Is there a more improved versa that won't require me to return the product twice in less than 6 months?
