Versa Clock Face - No Stats Displayed

Have had my Versa for about 3 weeks and love it.  Tried several different clock faces and settled on one that worked great for me (Tiles by Timo Haberkerm) and it was perfect for over two weeks, but now my clock face shows the tiles and no statistics.  Just blank tiles.  I can swipe to "today" and see stats, but I have no primary clock fact other than blank tiles.  So, I tried other clock faces by other various creators (getting each of these through the fitbit app) and NONE will show stats for me except for the ones that are actually from "By Fitbit."   The ones "By Fitbit" work, others do not.  Disappointing that suddenly the pretty clock faces and the ones that show the stats I most want will no longer work on my Versa.  Anyone else experience this or have a suggested solution?

Was it a free clock face or one that offers a free trial and then you have to pay? If the latter, maybe that's the issue?

I’m having the same issue. The ones I picked did not say I hadn’t to pay.

I restarted my Fitbit and now everything is fine
