Versa Connectivity Issues

I have the Fitbit versa, and it's paired to my Pixel 2. Both are up to date as far as any apps and updates on software are concerned. My Fitbit app is intermittently telling me it can't find the tracker, and won't receive notifications. It also has trouble syncing steps, heart rate, sleep log, etc due to this issue. I've tried restarting both devices, with minimal success immediately after the restart, then the issue arises again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app with no success, double-checked all of the permissions on the app for the versa, and have done all the trouble shooting recommended on the site. Is there anything I am not trying, or should I exchange it for a new versa?

Hi, did you also try multiple restarts in a row of your Versa? If not, give that a try and see whether this solves the problem.

May I ask what type of phone your having issues with @Jethen, users have reported sync issues with the latest two Android app updates.

Hi R, might I ask what your answer ads to the already given information in the first post? In the original post it was already mentioned that the Pixel Two was used as the phone with these issues.

Might I ask why you even felt you had to respond to it if it was so obvious to you? Read the last guy's response. He asked again, so I answered it. I know I already put it in my original post
