So, I just bought a Versa today to replace my old, dying Blaze; and I've spent the past four hours trying to get it to setup and update, with zero luck. When I initially tried to set it up, it had an error with the wifi setup, causing a firmware error in each subsequent setup I've tried. So, I switched to bluetooth. It starts the update, will get to 6% downloaded and then fails each time. It never moves past that 6%. I've tried setup with an android phone, with an iPad pro, with Windows and an old app and old fitbit dongle (the setup app wouldn't work with a Versa.) I tried downloading the mobile app from the windows store, but I've had the same problem that others have had when downloading it. I push "get," the store page reloads and nothing ever downloads. Having it connected to bluetooth on windows doesn't help. I've tried turning bluetooth off and on, I've turned wifi on and off, I've reset my router several times. I've turned both devices and the Versa on and off as well. Nothing works. It never moves past that 6%, regardless of whether I try it on the android phone or the iPad. I'm at a loss here on what to do next. Thoughts?
Edited: Finally managed to get it working after restarting the phone again after the update and the app locked up. I have no idea how or why it finally worked.

Hey @chickwithpencil, it is great to see new faces around! Oh! I'm sorry to hear about all the inconveniences you have had at the moment to setup your Versa, and I appreciate the time that you have taken to try to fix this issue and sharing the tips that finally helped you out to solve this. I'm pretty sure it will help other users with the same experience, to complete the setup process.
Keep me posted if you have further questions!
