Versa Cracked Face

I have had my Versa for less than one month and I cracked the face. I reached out to warranty department to see if they were having any issues with the faces cracking easily and they had not. They said it was not covered due to accidental damage. I have not dropped it and did not realize I cracked it(I am sure I bumped it against something and did not realize I cracked it). I had a Charge 2 for several years and did not have any issues with it, only issue was it was not waterproof. I just wanted to post this in case others had issues with them cracking more easily. I have 2 others in my family. I am still wearing mine (at most angles you can't even see it).

I am just a community member so don’t know their policy. I would recommend calling them directly.

@Joshsoph12 It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Versa's cracked screen. As @LVgolfer for these issues you will need to contact our Support team. There aren't service center to repair your device but they will review your case and provide options. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.

Let me know how it goes.

I often have the rubber bumper complete protector on my Versa 2.  I left it off for one day and got a scratch on my screen.  I put a protective film protector on and it amazingly hides the scratch completely.  I still use the rubber bumpers on top of the film protector though if I'm doing yard work, etc. as I see that even paint is rubbing off the edges.  I've only had it a few months and I sure would expect it to hold up to daily use much better.  The bumpers offer almost complete protection.

This is very old. I used my cracked versa for about a year then it died and I bought another one....is there anything I can put on the screen to prevent the same thing from happening again? All I did was bump it on my washer door, it fell tot he floor and cracked.
Thanks, Karen

I am also an old woman and mine cracked too.  Like you I don't do anything that should crack it.  Sadly they told me that my option was to buy another.     I can't afford another and not sure why I would buy again from them given that they don't support their product.

Sorry that was the only option. I get $10 a month from insurance but only if my walking is recorded on a Fitbit. Maybe your Medicare has the same wellness benefit
