I just received my Versa and love it! But after wearing it less than 5 full days I see a crack in the left upper corner. I’ve contacted Fitbit and the reply was the screen isn’t covered under warranty. IT’S BRAND NEW! I did not do anything different with this then I’ve ever done with my Alta HR or Blaze...just normal wear. I’m so disappointed Fitbit isn’t standing by their product! I was going between this and the Apple Watch, but have loved my Fitbits. I’m so upset I’m thinking of jumping off the Fitbit ship.

Change from apple watch to fitbit last week. And in less than 5 days my versa screen is cracked in the left upper corner. I had my apple watch since 2016 and never had a cracked screen. Im heart broken with this situation. I did a lot of research before buying and now Im finding about the delicate screen. It doesn’t make sense that a health tracking watch have such a weak screen. So mad and disappointed. I will be advise my friends not to buy the versa at all.

Yes my is also cracked left side of my versa also they have manufration a default watch and they are not replacing it cause they knew it was bad i have told my friends and family and socia media so this dont happen to anyone is there getting rich on something that is know good i had to save up to buy it so 250.00 is a lot yo me

Yes. Is very frustrating because is an expensive product. I love the fitbit idea but I’m very disappointed about the quality

The screen is not under warranty. And I get that. But the problem is that fitbit should listen to the customers that this type of crack screen is not the customer fault. It is clearly a product problem. My question is: fitbit will replace the damage item?

You know exactly what your customer service team has been trained to tell us, which is that Fitbit can't or won't help us in any way and that we have to buy a new one at full price. I've already made the call to them, now all I can do is make sure I can help as many people as possible avoid buying this item until the screen issue is addressed.

At least for me this item is out of my daughters xmas presents. Also my sister in law and my friend. After I told them about this everyone is off the fitbit versa
