Versa Cracked screen

I love my FITBIT, I've had one since 2014. In March I upgraded to the Versa since my old Charge died. I was excited and I love having music on it. I love the workweek challenges and the fitbit community. But today the horrible happened. I took it off to clean it after doing my physio homework for back pain. And it slipped out of my hand and fell less than 2 feet and the screen cracked. It's pretty much not wearable based on where the crack is. I'm crushed. It has been such a motivator to do my workouts that really help with the back pain.  I can't buy another one anytime soon. I tried loading the chat, but the page wouldn't load. Anyone know if there is anything that can be done for the cracked screen?

@freecoffeeday You can try getting one of the screen protectors that go over the whole unit from Amazon. You can also email or call the Customer Support. Perhaps they could work out the solution for you. I am really sorry your Versa got hurt. 😞

Thanks Marrrmaduke for the suggestion. I had one on order. Fitbit has always provided great support and I love their product. I tweeted to them, they are having tech support contact me. It's just frustrating that they don't sell the screen protector if they won't cover it.

@freecoffeeday I am clumsy myself and made a nick on the edge. I decided to get a screen protector then at least to cover the glass part. eh 😞 I agree it's a good idea for Fibit to come up with a branded accessory. Perhaps you could post your idea on the Feature Suggestions Forum?
