Versa Crashing and Dying

I purchased my Fitbit Versa aprox 8 months ago, from Fitbit when they first came out. About a week ago my versa began "turning off", "crashing", and/or "dying".  It doesn't matter the battery level.  The only way to get it to come back to life is to place it in the charger and once its back on, it will soon die again.  The reset option, hold the two buttons that are on the same side down until fitbit logo comes on doesn't work. I have even tried to hold all three buttons at same time, but nothing. I have did factory reset and deleted and reloaded app.  Nothing works to bring this versa back to life.  I happens everyday now since this issue began.

Hi, I would advice you to call Customer Support about your problem. They can perform a battery test and see if it's the battery or not.
