Versa Died Today and Won't Turn On

My Versa died earlier today. Thinking it was a battery issue, I charged it (for several hours). It felt warm, but did not turn on. I tried restarting by holding down the left button and the bottom right button (and after reading some other posts I tried holding down all three buttons), but still it won't turn on. I also tried using a different charger, thinking that might be the issue. After trying three different chargers, it still won't turn on! What do I do now????

Mine died too. I'm charging it now but it still won't come on. Any advice would be helpful.
